Perkins offers apprenticeships in carpentry and traineeships in contract administration, estimating, finance/accounting and secretarial. The company is recognized as a leader in the provision of training for our future industry leaders. Perkins currently employs apprentices and trainees in various aspects of the company’s operation.

Perkins have developed in-house training programs and career paths for contract administrators and estimators. Each trainee is allocated a mentor from the company’s senior management team. The mentor liaises regularly to ensure the trainee duties are in line with the agreed career path and are appropriate to his/her level of tertiary studies.
