New Project: Fairway Purpose Built Student Accomodation

Following the successful conversion of an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase and Early Works package, Perkins Builders has been awarded the Main Works Construction Contract for a new purpose-built student accommodation development in Crawley.

The project involves the delivery of a 9-storey, 181-room student accommodation facility adjacent to the University of Western Australia campus. Having been engaged early under an ECI model, our team has worked collaboratively with the Client and DMG Architecture to optimise buildability, cost planning, and program outcomes, positioning the project strongly as it transitions into the delivery phase of the Main Works.

The development will feature a range of amenities including a rooftop gym, sauna, and swimming pool, along with communal kitchens, dining areas, and shared social spaces designed to enhance the student living experience.
