The existing Gymnasium will be fully refurbished into a High-Performance Centre of Excellence. Main works includes redevelopment of Changeroom Facilities, Staff Change and Multi-purpose spaces along with the redevelopment of existing sports court into a Gymnasium. Works will also include refurbishment of the Foyer, Reception, Sports Club Office, Pool Store and Swimming Offices and a change of use for the Multi-purpose classrooms into a Uniform Shop. Structural works will see the introduction of a lift into the building along with other compliance upgrades, demolition works, ancillary landscaping and services infrastructure up grades. This project will run concurrent with the Wesley Aquatic Centre already under construction in the precinct.
