The State Government’s $451 million redevelopment of Bunbury Regional Hospital will transform the facility into one of the most modern hospitals in regional Australia. When complete, Bunbury Regional Hospital will be the biggest in country WA, reflecting its role as an important community healthcare hub for the South West region.

With several exciting projects set to launch in 2026, we are seeking talented individuals to join both the Multiplex Perkins Joint Venture and Perkins Builders’ ongoing South West operations.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join our Team.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of subcontractors’ onsite activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining progress on short-term programs, resolving construction challenges, monitoring compliance and supporting strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- Solid site experience within Commercial Construction
- Strong knowledge of building trades and construction methodologies
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Experience with programming/scheduling
- Understanding WHS legislation and the Building Code of Australia
- Trade qualifications or equivalent experience (highly regarded)
- Current Drivers Licence, White Card and First Aid Certificate
