Finance Officer

We are now seeking a Finance Officer to join our head office in Bunbury. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, the ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a similar role. However, motivated applicants looking to commence their career in a finance team will also be considered.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing Accounts Payable
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and completing data entry tasks
  • Supporting month-end and year-end financial reporting
  • Assisting with general Finance Officer Duties as required
  • Assisting with reception cover when needed
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance team

To be considered for this role candidates must hold the following:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role with accounts experience. However, entry level or junior applicants will be considered.
  • Experience in the Construction industry is desirable, not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • A good written and verbal communicator.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Excel.
