Perkins are delighted to be completed construction of the new Armadale Courthouse and Police Precinct. The works comprised the construction of a 4 level building encompassing the new Armadale Police and Justice Complex including all associated external works.

The new facility accommodates police under one roof with the Courthouse, co-located on the same site within the Armadale central business district. This provides significant improvements and efficiencies for both the WA Police Force and the Department of Justice, and improved custodial and operational support facilities.

The new complex triples the number of courtrooms and accommodate the Detectives, District Intelligence Unit, District Forensic Investigation Office, and Family Violence Unit. Whilst the course house provides a modern and safe environment for delivery of court services, state-of-the-art video conferencing and digital recording facilities, five courtrooms and pre-trial conference room and separate and secure facilities for victims of crime.
