Built in 1898, the heritage listed Esplanade Hotel has been an integral part of Busselton for the last century. The Esplanade Hotel has been a family owned and operated business since 1952 when William Gray left the wheatbelt to live closer to the ocean. Over the years the hotel has undergone numerous renovations and additions, and Perkins Builders are pleased to have completed the most recent the alterations and additions. These new works delivered a modern and updated multipurpose function room facility, cocktail bar and forecourt outdoor social area, boasting a new open space layout and soft-fall playground area.

The existing lounge area was redeveloped as a cocktail bar that transitions to the new function room layout, which comprises the option of two facilities via an operable wall with shared ablutions & bar and to the southern elevation office space, a store and cool room.

The Forecourt adjacent the Busselton foreshore was redeveloped with new layout providing open spaces and new finishes via danpalon roof gable sections, exposed aggregate pavement, soft-fall playground area and new access egress to the existing bar and new function room.

These fantastic new facilities have transformed the space will be utilized by hotel patrons for many years to come.
