Located on the Northbound and Southbound carriageways of the Forrest Highway, West Pinjarra are the new Forrest Highway Service Centres.; constructed simultaneously.

The design is based on the ‘Homestead Concept’ with a full length veranda running past the Food Court on the highway side. Perkins Builders were engaged to complete the project on a design and construct basis. Perkins Builders engaged with their team of Consultants to complete the full design of the project.

The two Highway Travel Centres are identical in design with differences only in the external parking and layout of the water tanks as dictated by site conditions and constraints. The main Travel Centre building is 1,230m2 and contains a Foodary Convenience Store, fast food tenancies of 310m2, food court with shared seating of 270m2, public toilets, staff areas and storerooms. Each Travel Centre has fuel storage capacity of 270,000l that distributes into a separate car canopy housing 5 dispensers and a truck canopy housing 3 dispensers. Each Travel Centre has 16,250m2 of external roads and parking area; excluding service roads and overflow car parking.
