Treeby Parklands is a new aged care community comprising of 120 beds aged care beds with a dedicated memory support unit (dementia) wing, spacious outdoor areas with balconies and gardens, undercover lawn bowls, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and alfresco dining and a central social hub complete with cafe, buffet dining areas and a music room.

The building also includes a commercial kitchen, laundry, and an Allied Health Facility. The facility will have a clean contemporary residential image with a  conscious use of materials which promote longevity and maintenance minimisation.
