Located in the heart of Donnybrook, the VC Mitchell Park Sports Pavilion has been the home of local sport for many years. This design and construct project will see an overhaul of the facility including the construction of a new multi-purpose pavilion including change rooms, warm-up room, public toilets, umpire change facilities, service areas, GMO store, canteen with lift and stairs between the levels. The upper level will feature community rooms, bar and kitchen with associated stores and service areas, further public restrooms, multi-purpose rooms and office facilities. The ground floor will also include a new ramp to the oval, and new seating area.

The existing tennis pavilion will receive alterations and additions including new toilet and changeroom facilities, new roofing and insulation, new terrace, entry statement and pathways to the surrounding tennis courts.

Once complete this facility will provide the local community with a rejuvenated sporting and recreation precinct and fantastic shared-use facilities for indoor and outdoor events.
