The Wyatt Grove Shopping Centre was built to be the new neighbourhood shopping centre, comprising of a Woolworths supermarket, 15 specialty shops and a two level commercial centre and associated external carparking and landscaping.

Perkins scope of works included construction of the centre, the fitout of the Woolworths tenancy wet areas and food prep areas. Other tenancy works were integrated into the contract as information became available, which Perkins coordinated and manged within the contract period.
