Perkins Builders are proud to have delivered the design and construction of the newest Coles development, which includes the Coles store (with direct to boot pick up), Liquorland and Subway tenancies, providing fantastic new amenities for local residents.

The once greenfield site is now home to this modern facility, which along with the stores, included the construction of a 7,000m2 car park with shade structures, 1,200m2 exposed aggregate concrete pathways and soft and hard landscaped features. The building itself is of a tilt panel construction, with an insulated panel roof to facilitate the large open areas and separate plant room on a suspended concrete slab. Fit out of the building is designed to Coles’ specifications and branding, and a high level of services are included, with fire sprinklers throughout, associated fire tanks and pumps, solar PV and backup generator.
