Following from the successful completion of the orignal Bunyap House in 2018, Perkins Builders were engaged to complete the construction of  Bunyap House 2.

Asthetically, this new two storey building complements the exisiting building with the same modern frontage and colour scheme.  With sky lights and solar PV the design makes the most of the natural light.

There are 8 units, along with supporting service areas and the project also includes a generous reception, offices and quality staff facilities, supporting the people who deliver these important services every day.

Perkins Builders were proud to have once again worked with Accordwest and MCG Architects in providing essential emergency accommodation for members of our South West community who are experiencing homelessness or hardship.
