On the site of the the existing Bunbury Hospitals; Perkins Builders undertook the works for the new South West Heath Campus Sub Acute Care and Day Therapy Unit. This new unit comprised of  24 beds around a single Staff Base and extension of the Day Therapy Care Building to provide for a new main gymnasium room, additional equipment store and extension of the group therapy room. Phase two: Refurbishment of the existing Sub Acute unit which will provide additional services to the new Sub Acute Care building and refurbishment of the existing Day Therapy unit to enhance the existing facilities.
